Drum Clean Recycling Sp. z o.o., aiming to achieve the highest quality of all aspects of its operations in 2010, has implemented a Quality Management System PN-EN ISO9001:2009. The strategic decision to adopt QMS resulted from a desire to systematize and optimize resource management with a process approach in order to increase customer satisfaction. By identifying and understanding the specific needs of the market and its expectations towards organizations such as the DCR Sp. z o.o., we are able to meet the high demands of our customers. Continuous improvement of the QMS and the involvement of the entire organizational structure of the company, starting from management to production workers makes that the monitored assessment of customer satisfaction grow or remain at a very high level.
In November this year, in connection with the expiration of the previous certificate, an audit concerning the re-certification took place in the company’s headquarters in Wola Krzysztoporska
Auditors of the Transportation Technical Supervision after the site and documentation inspection, positively evaluated the effectiveness of our Quality Management System and its ability to ensure that our company meets the requirements imposed by the standard.
Normally, a certificate is issued for three years with the obligation of an annual supervision audit. This time, our certificate will expire earlier, i.e. on 15 September 2018 because of the revision of the standard. Before that date, we will take appropriate action (we are convinced that they will be successful) to obtain certification of ISO 9001:2015.
