Christmas Holidays are coming. Meetings with family and friends. Warm and unique atmosphere which calms down the bustle of everyday life and allows to catch a breath. It is a very important time for all of us.
Meetings of employees at a company’s dinner on the eve of Christmas are becoming a tradition in our company. This year, the meeting was organised in a restaurant in the vicinity of our company. Christmas tree, decorations and traditional Christmas Eve meals created a happy festive and family-like mood. Christmas wafer-sharing meeting started with a summary of the past year, expressing gratitude for year-long work and wishes made by the director to the employees. In short sentences, he also presented ambitious plans for the future. The atmosphere facilitated integration and allowed all gathered co-employees to spend time in a nice way.

Drum Clean Recycling Sp. z o.o., aiming to achieve the highest quality of all aspects of its operations in 2010, has implemented a Quality Management System PN-EN ISO9001:2009. The strategic decision to adopt QMS resulted from a desire to systematize and optimize resource management with a process approach in order to increase customer satisfaction. By identifying and understanding the specific needs of the market and its expectations towards organizations such as the DCR Sp. z o.o., we are able to meet the high demands of our customers. Continuous improvement of the QMS and the involvement of the entire organizational structure of the company, starting from management to production workers makes that the monitored assessment of customer satisfaction  grow or remain at a very high level.

Auditors of the Transportation Technical Supervision after the site and documentation inspection, positively evaluated the effectiveness of our Quality Management System and its ability to ensure that our company meets the requirements imposed by the standard.

Normally, a certificate is issued for three years with the obligation of an annual supervision audit. This time, our certificate will expire earlier, i.e. on 15 September 2018 because of the revision of the standard. Before that date, we will take appropriate action (we are convinced that they will be successful) to obtain certification of ISO 9001:2015.

Please be advised that we completed and settled second project titled „Growth of competitiveness and innovativeness of Drum Clean Recycling Sp. z o.o. through the use of new technology solutions and the introduction of a new product”  co-financed from the Regional Development Fund and the state budget. The investment,  in addition to the purchase of two technological lines for the production of regranulates from plastic covered by the support of the EU, also included the purchase of additional production hall and construction of the necessary technical infrastructure.

We are pleased that we were able to create additional jobs and provide our customers of the plastics processing industry with a product of high quality parameters. The project has been settled and the formal supervision over the various stages of implementation was performed by state institutions such as Entrepreneur Service Centre in Łódź, and the Fiscal Control Office in Lodz as an auditor of the project.

Since the incorporation of our company, we pay particular attention to ecology. We do our best, in the most friendly and secure way, to manage the waste. It is reflected not only in our philosophy of conduct with packaging. Linear model is changed into closed circuit model, which is in line with the principles of the circular economy, and introduced in the production stages. We systematically modernize and expand our infrastructure with any possible solutions.

Today we think about the future.

As a result, we have a full preview of operation of the equipment and the processes involved, as well as we may change most of the parameters.

As a result, we have a full preview of operation of the equipment and the processes involved, as well as we may change most of the parameters.

These solutions significantly reduce waste, which naturally arise in the process of packages regeneration.

This is not all we want to do. We are at the final stage of another investment, which is part of our philosophy and business model.

We make the investments from our own funds to a large extent, but we also successfully benefit from other sources of funding. These are also the EU funds from the Structural Funds and Cohesion Funds. We obtain them both from national programs, e.g. Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment as well as regional ones such as the Regional Operational Programme of Lodz Region.

It all began in October 2006. The group of investors formed Drum Clean Recycling Sp. z o.o.

Its aim was to offer professional steel and plastic drums regeneration.

As the location of operations the sites of former chemical plants producing dyes and pigments near Wola Krzysztoporska were selected.

Soon we launched the line for the regeneration of IBC. Currently, IBC pallet containers and drums are not the only products offered to our customers.

With the completed investments in new production lines and a modern technical infrastructure, we offer a comprehensive collection of packaging waste from our customers, HDPE as well as we offer steel tanks regeneration services.

Although our company is a medium-sized company employing 70 employees, we stand out in the market thanks to the rich offer.

We still continue investments associated with the main profile of the company but also those related to environmental protection.
